Shipping Policy

Welcome to banrooo — a brand of YASUDA FASHION (VIETNAM) COMPANY LIMITED.

This page explains how we ship our apparel across the United States. To provide our U.S. customers with the best quality and fastest possible delivery, all products are manufactured, processed, and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partners located within the United States.

The total delivery timeline below includes both production and shipping time via major U.S. carriers. All delivery windows are estimated and may vary by destination.

Production & Processing Time

  • 2–4 business days. Our U.S. partners’ operational hours for production are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT).

  • Processing begins after your payment is authorized and order details are verified. This is the time required to produce and package your order. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • 6:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin production on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after production is complete.

  • The total estimated delivery time from placing your order is 5–9 business days.

  • Estimates exclude production time and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier capacity may extend delivery times. Remote/non-contiguous states (e.g., AK/HI) may require additional transit days.

Carrier & Service

  • We ship with major U.S. carriers, including USPS.

  • The service level is selected automatically by our fulfillment partner based on the destination, weight, and parcel size to ensure efficient delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $199 (cart subtotal after discounts, before taxes/fees).

  • $7.99 flat rate for orders under $199.

  • The applicable rate is shown at checkout before payment. No handling fees are added.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships from our U.S. partner’s facility.

  • Tracking events may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website after shipment.

Shipping Areas (U.S. Only)

  • We ship to the 50 U.S. states.

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight forwarders.

Sales Tax

  • We collect sales tax where required by U.S. law, based on your shipping address.

  • Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place the order.

Address Accuracy

  • Please carefully review your name, street, apartment/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before placing your order.

  • If you need to change an address, contact us immediately. Once an order has been sent to production or is in transit, we cannot reroute it. Re-shipment fees may apply for packages returned due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, the shipping label, and the packaging.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement order or a refund.
