Refund and Returns Policy

At banrooo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Returning an item is a simple, three-step process:

  1. Contact Us for Authorization: Before sending anything back, please email our customer support team at contact@banrooo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return shipping address.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, making sure to include your name and order number inside the package.

  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to our U.S. returns address, which will be provided with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please see the “Damaged or Defective Products” section below.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to get a different size or color is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a full refund. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return process to be completed.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@banrooo.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the damage, the label, and the packaging). We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including any shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our fulfillment partners work quickly to send orders to production. We can only guarantee a cancellation if the request is made within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
